Keyboard shortcuts (web)

melabel's web app supports keyboard shortcuts to speed up navigation and common actions. All shortcuts listed here apply to the browser version at melabel.io.

On Windows and Linux, use Ctrl wherever you see ⌘.

Global shortcuts

Use these from anywhere in the web app.

• Open command palette: ⌘K
• Toggle sidebar: ⌘B (inside the workspace editor, this makes text bold instead)
• Close a dialog or panel: Esc

Go to a page

Press G, release it, then press the second key. You don't need to hold them together.

• Dashboard: G D
• Projects: G P
• Files: G F
• Music Catalog: G M
• Analytics: G A
• Campaigns: G N
• Calendar: G C
• Team settings: G S (members, billing and public profile)

Command palette

Press ⌘K or click the search icon to open the command palette from anywhere in the app. Start typing to:

• Jump to a page, or run an action on the project you have open.
• Search your current team's releases, tracks, projects, tasks, files, contracts and artists. You only see results from the team you're working in.
• Find help docs, glossary terms and blog posts. These open in a new tab.

Use ↑ and ↓ to move through results, Enter to open one, and Esc to close the palette. Workspace results appear once you type two or more characters.

Projects

These shortcuts work on project pages.

• Create new task: C
• Search tasks in this project: ⌘F
• Toggle sidebar: [ (same as ⌘B)

Workspace editor

These work while you're writing in a project workspace.

• Bold: ⌘B
• Italic: ⌘I
• Underline: ⌘U
