Post Status

Post Status shows where a social post is in its journey from idea to live content. When you create a post for one or more Connected Accounts, it moves through a series of stages, and the status tells you at a glance whether it still needs work, is waiting for its moment, or is already out in the world.

The common statuses are Draft (saved but not scheduled), Scheduled (set to go out at a specific date and time), Publishing (being sent to the platforms right now), and Published (live everywhere you selected). Two statuses need attention. Partial means the post went live on some platforms but not others, for example Instagram succeeded while TikTok rejected a video format. Failed means it did not publish at all. Both usually come with a reason, such as an expired connection, a media size limit or a caption that is too long.

For example, a label schedules a single announcement to five platforms for 9am Friday. At 9:02 the post shows Partial: four platforms succeeded, but the X connection had expired. Reconnecting the account and retrying fixes it within minutes.
